The Great South West Partnership are holding an Energy Summit on 23rd November at the University of Plymouth, to highlight the region’s energy opportunity, and explore the key challenges and barriers facing the area and its energy sector.

The Summit will bring together leading figures across industry and Government to share insights into the partnership’s ambition to be a green energy powerhouse, highlighting the scale of the energy opportunity and exploring grid capacity, skills, the local supply chain, R&D and finance.

It will also be a call to action for all the key partners to develop and deliver an energy route map, and directly inform the priority actions of the Great South West Partnership over the next two years.

Priority actions for the Great South West will be identified, setting a pathway for how our business, education and Government partners can work together on the energy agenda, and promote the Great South West regionally and nationally.
